According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, “approximately 34.1 million Americans have been diagnosed with asthma by a health professional during their lifetime and an estimated 300 million people worldwide suffer from asthma, with 250,000 annual deaths attributed to the disease.”
But most of those suffering from Asthma could reserve their condition if they only followed eating regimens based on their blood type.
Let me tell you about one of my patients – a boy named Ivan. Ivan suffered with severe asthma and frequently visited the ER, wheezing, coughing, and gasping for air. He had Type A blood.
A’s are highly sensitive to dairy products—a small glass of milk, a slice of cheese, or a scoop of ice cream is like poison to their bodies. Ivan’s body reacted by producing an excessive amount of mucous plugs that clogged his airways.
Once Ivan was brought to me I immediately:
- Eliminated all dairy foods
- Eliminated wheat products – which are far too acidic for an A
- Placed him on a strict vegetarian diet.
The A blood type is the only blood type that should be 100 percent vegetarian, although in some cases there may be traits of other blood types that can modify an A’s needs.
Within weeks of following my recommendations, Ivan’s lungs cleared of the congestion, and he was able to stop using his steroid inhalator. He resumed a normal life, which included daily sports activities at school.
Every blood type has its own exercise and food regimen that when followed can lead to a lifetime of health and fitness – naturally and holistically. Deviating from the foods and exercise regimen that are right for your specific blood type, only complicate matters and may lead to sickness. Reversing common ailments by following blood type diet is easy if you follow the guidelines in my new book Just an Ounce of Prevention - is Worth a Pound of Cure. Experience abundance health now!
